Your membership is not a class pass. It is the run of the gym floor every hour we are open — classes are there when you want coaching, never a requirement.
The gym floor, included
Cardio machines, free weights and strength equipment, set up for training on your own schedule. Nothing to book and no add-on fee — let yourself in and use it.
Classes when you want coaching
Small-group sessions run on the schedule alongside open gym hours. Members pay $8 a class and take as many or as few as they like.
The sauna, also included
The infrared sauna comes with the membership as well — after a lift, after a class, or on its own.
