What people ask before joining.
Is this a class studio or a gym?
Both. The $85 membership is a full gym membership — cardio machines, free weights and strength equipment you can use on your own, any hour we are open. The class studio sits alongside it, and classes are booked and paid for separately.
Do I have to take classes?
Not at all. Plenty of members will only ever use the gym floor and the sauna. Classes are there at $8 whenever you want coaching or company.
What is the enrollment fee for?
It is a one-time $39.99 charge when you start a Standard Membership — it covers getting your account and door access set up. After that, it is $85 a month for the gym floor and sauna. Group classes are paid for separately.
Do I need a membership to take a class?
No. Guests pay $15 a class, or $135 for a pack of ten. Members pay $8 for the same classes. Guest passes cover the class only — use of the gym floor comes with a membership.
Is the sauna extra?
No. The infrared sauna is included with a Standard Membership, the same as the gym floor. For sauna access without a gym membership, separate sauna packages start at $20.
Can I look around first?
Please do. Tours are free and take about fifteen minutes — book one online and we’ll walk you through the gym floor, the class studio and the sauna.
